How to get there

Xplor is close to Parque Xcaret on the Carretera Federal 307, km 282, just 56 km from Cancun’s airport, 6 km south of Playa del Carmen and 55 km north of Tulum.Take your own car or go by taxi from Cancun with a cost of about $80 to $100 USD one way, about 70 min; from Playa del Carmen a cost of $15 USD for a 15 min ride.

Suggestions and Information

All activities require contact with water, so we recommend wearing shorts, t-shirts and diving shoes, as well as bringing another set of clothes and a towel. We have lockers for you to leave your belongings.For you safety we have life jackets, safety harnesses for ziplining, helmets, lines, steel cables, everything to avoid accidents. Help us protect the environment using biodegradable sunscreen or sunblock. Outside food and beverages aren’t permitted inside the park. Remember, it’s important to respect the area you’re visiting and keep it clean.
